At this moment, a vacuum low-pressure zone with neither air nor liquid is formed at the blade because the liquid is thrown around. The liquid in the liquid pool flows into the pump through the suction pipe under the effect of atmospheric pressure on the pool surface. This is how the liquid is continuously sucked up from the liquid pool and flows out from the discharge pipe.
1. Before using Shanxi deep well pump, check the insulation resistance of the motor with a megohmmeter, and its value should not be less than 5 megohms. The way to check is to connect one terminal on the megohmmeter to the electric pump cable line, and the other terminal to the motor shell, swing the megohmmeter, and investigate the insulation resistance value.
2. Check the diving cable to crack, scratch and other phenomena, such as damage should be replaced in time to prevent leakage.
3. The water immersion motor should open the irrigation bolt, fill with clean water and tighten the bolt, and then dive into the water. If oil leakage is found in the oil immersed motor, the sealing element should be replaced before submersion.
4. Before the electric pump of Shanxi deep well pump is submerged in water, the pump should be filled with clear water, idling for 1-2 seconds, and starting twice to check whether idling and starting are normal. If the steering is opposite, the two-phase wiring can be replaced.
5. Check whether the water pipe is cracked and whether the connection is firm.
6. When the electric pump is submerged or lifted, the cable shall not be pulled to avoid damage to the cable or disconnection of the joint.
7. The power supply voltage should be controlled within 5 ranges not greater than or less than the additional voltage. If the voltage is too high or too low, the motor will be damaged.
8. The electric pump shall be vertical when submerged into the water, and shall not be placed obliquely.
9. The electric pump shall not transport water or mud with more sediment content. Water immersion motor should always clean the sand in the motor cavity and replace the clean water in the motor cavity.
10. The actual lift of the pump should be within 0.8-1 times of the extra lift. This can improve the working efficiency of the electric pump, save electricity, prevent the motor overload operation, and extend the service life.
11. After the electric pump is used, it should be cleaned, oiled on the metal surface to prevent rust, and placed vertically in a boring place for storage. Water immersion motor should also be put clean water in the motor.
