Only three certificates are complete to avoid purchasing obsolete products and inferior products. Before using this water pump, all the two water injection hole bolts must be unscrewed, one is filled with water and the other is discharged. After water injection, wait for about 15 minutes. After all the air in the motor cavity is discharged, add clean water until the two water injection bolts are tightened after being filled with water. Make the motor sealed. After the motor is filled with water, the winding works in water, and the insulation of the motor can be measured. The insulation resistance must be measured with a megger, that is, a shaking table, instead of a universal meter, because the range of the universal meter is limited, and the insulation resistance between the winding and the earth is not clear. After the insulation is qualified, the pump shall be tested for trial operation. Where conditions permit, after the motor is filled with water, tighten the water injection bolt, and the pump can be energized in the pool for trial operation, but it cannot be operated for a long time. If there is no condition, it can be idling on the well, but the time shall not exceed 5 minutes.

⑴ Check carefully before installation
Before installing the submersible electric pump, first check whether the pump shaft rotates flexibly. If it is found that the pump shaft rotates inflexibly, there is an impact sound, and the pump shaft shakes radially, it should be installed after troubleshooting. Secondly, check whether the water inlet hose is damaged or not. If there is any crack, it should be repaired in time. Third, check whether the fastening bolts are loose, and tighten the loose bolts. After the superior check submersible pump motor winding, cable insulation resistance, only not less than 0.5 megohm is allowed to install and use.
(2) Correct power distribution
The power cord should be selected according to regulations. The cable should be overhead and the power cord should not be too long. If the power supply is far away from the water pump, the cross-sectional area of the wiring cable should be appropriately increased, and the joints should be as few as possible to reduce the line voltage drop. Submersible pumps below 10 kW can be started directly, and the control equipment is superior and good. Automatic air circuit breakers are used. If there is no such electrical appliance, knife switches can also be used, but suitable fuses must be installed according to the working current of the submersible pump. Submersible pumps above 10 kW shall be equipped with a step-down starting cabinet to protect the safe operation of the submersible pump. The cable shall be placed in the groove of the flange plate of the water transmission pipe, and the cable shall be fixed on the output pipe with the water-resistant tie rope. Do not stress the cable when the submersible pump is launched or discharged, so as not to cause the power line to break, and at the same time, prevent the cable from being scratched during the process of going into the well.
⑶ There should be two levels of leakage protection measures
In order to ensure safety, a metal rod with a length of more than 1 meter can be buried in the wet ground near the power supply or water pump as the grounding body of the submersible pump. At the same time, but also to install leakage protector. Because the submersible pump works under water, it is easy to cause electric power loss and even electric shock. If a leakage protector is installed, as long as the leakage value of the submersible pump exceeds the action current value of the leakage protector (generally not more than 30 mA), the leakage protector will cut off the power supply of the submersible pump to avoid leakage and ensure safety.
⑷ Check the rotation direction of the motor before entering the water, because there are many types of submersible pumps that can discharge water when rotating forward and backward, but the water output is small and the current is large when reversing. If the reversing time is long, it will be damaged and the motor winding will be damaged. Therefore, before the submersible pump enters the water, connect the power supply to check whether the rotation direction is correct. If the impeller of the three-phase submersible pump is reversed, it should be stopped immediately and the contact of any two phases in the three-phase core wire in the cable can be replaced. The insulation between the group and the ground shall not be less than 0.5 megohms.
