(1) check the pump vent, drain hole, drain hole and cable joint seal is loose, if loose must be tightened.
(2) Check the insulation resistance with a 500-volt shaking table, which should not be less than 0.5 megohms. If it is lower than this value, open the drain and vent for drying or drying.
(3) Check the cable. If it is broken or broken, it should be replaced to avoid leakage.
(4) Check all circuits and switches before driving to see if the wiring is correct and reliable.
Then idle on the ground for 3~5 minutes (time should not be too long, so as not to damage the parts or burn out the motor winding), and check whether the motor to turn the direction is correct, such as the above are no problem, can be put into the water to use.
(5) When the submersible pump is put into the water, the cable must not be stressed, and the rope should be tied to the wooden frame at the wellhead.
The maximum depth of the electric pump into the water is 3 meters, and the minimum depth is 0.5 meters (calculated from the center of the impeller).

(6) During operation, the change of water level in the well should be observed frequently.
The motor must not be exposed to the water, nor can it fall into the mud, so as not to affect the heat dissipation of the motor and burn out the winding. The electric pump shall be raised and lowered at any time with the change of water level in the well. If the water volume is reduced or interrupted, the cause shall be found out immediately or the machine shall be shut down for inspection. The cable shall not be rubbed against the shaft wall to prevent the well water from penetrating into the motor along the cable core after the cable is worn out.
(7) The new or re-replaced the overall sealed box of the submersible pump, after 50 hours of use, should check whether the seal is good, after a monthly check, while checking the motor rotor and stator between the shielding sleeve seal is good.
(8) After one year of use, the pump should be checked for rust and painted.
If the Shanxi submersible pump is not used for a long time, it should be carefully checked and kept in a dry and ventilated house.
